DLR Sales, Inc. will release factory quotes to other SSS representatives no sooner than 24 hours of known bid date. DLR Sales, Inc. reserves the right to NOT quote any Distribution outside of DLR Sales, Inc. territory. Such decisions will be authorized by DLR management only. DLR Sales, Inc. will produce factory quotes for Best Access Systems only. DLR Sales, Inc. will provide other SSS representatives established discounts that have been provided to local dealers for Precision, Stanley, Stanley Closers, or any other SSS mechanical item, via e-mail. The dealer’s local representative will be notified within 24 hours of bid, via e-mail. The dealer’s local representative must use these established discounts to produce and provide a factory quote unless otherwise noted in writing by DLR Sales, Inc. Quotes not copied to DLR Sales, Inc. within the DLR Sales, Inc. territory may not be honored.
As a reminder new BEST Access, Precision Hardware and Stanley Closers price list went into effect today, April 7th, 2008. Please be sure to use current pricing on all purchase orders to prevent any delay in order processing. Price discrepancy policies at the factory will put orders marked with incorrect pricing on temporary hold until the pricing is corrected and the order is released. The current price lists are #57 (57cc for BEST, 57ed for Precision, and 57dc for Door Closers). Thank you

Stanley Security Solutions has updated their order entry policies effective January 2nd, 2008. Orders must have a pricing total on them prior to processing. If an order is recieved without a purchase order total it will be held and a request for completed copy of a purchase order will be requested. Once a copy with pricing is recieved the order entry process will continue appropriately.
Please help DLR Sales, Inc by verifying that correct total is listed on your orders prior to sending them in for entry. If we recieve an order with incorrect or missing pricing you will be contacted for a corrected purchase order.
This policy is in regards to the Best Access Systems, Precision Hardware, Stanley Door Closer, and Stanley Commercial Hardware product lines.

Once on the Distribution page, select a factory icon to get to the distribution map. To navigate the map drag to the area of interest. Double click on the map to zoom in or use the scale on the left side of the page to zoom in or out. Distribution is shown in the form of balloons. Click on a marker to show the account information.
Be sure to watch for these additional items that may be called out in the specification preamble. Often extra key blanks, operating keys, and key cutters are listed in the preamble and must be included under the door frame and hardware supplier’s scope. These are additional items that need to be noted and included at time of bid. Be sure to cover them by including them in your quote request.
